Evidently there is new drama on the set of Grey's Anatomy resulting from new raises offered to several cast members. Sandra Oh was offered a bigger raise than Katherine Heigl and Katherine Heigl was supposedly mad about it.
So here's my advice...take a little tip from the greatest TV show EVER (Friends, of course) and offer the castmates the same salary. Why do you think the show stayed on for 10 years and they all got along? Because they were making the same amount of money!! They remained an ensemble and everybody stayed happy with each other.
Just think about it. Way too many shows have been cancelled because cast members got mad because of different salaries. Everybody Loves Raymond's problems started out because of salary issues. The little green monster of GREED shows his ugly head again. I love the show because of ALL of them.
And what is UP with the spin-off thing? Addison Montgomery getting her own spin-off show is just pretty ridiculous. They've only had the show for 3 seasons and she's only been on it for 2. I LOVE Grey's Anatomy, but I probably wouldn't watch a spin-off with any one of the characters, not even McDreamy. It's all of them together that is so great!

i'm going to dissagree and say that i think you would watch any spin off.
also. they don't deserve any money because they make enough as it is for the fact that they have to go to work remember some lines and pretend to be someone that is really important.

i'm definitely not all about giving people with craploads of money more money for nothing, but one flat salary would cut down on some drama.
i probably would watch any tv spin off, you're right. i should really work on that.
but i only watched 1 episode of Joey and it was a spin off from my favorite tv show ever. so that really says something!
