I think this is the problem with the church as a whole in the world today, and possibly as long as the church has been around. I encourage those of you who claim to follow Christ to make an effort to do something about it, if only in your own heart and life. We will never be heard if we speak in anger, oppression, violence or condemnation.
You must be compassionate, just as your Father is compassionate. “Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn others, or it will all come back against you. Forgive others, and you will be forgiven. Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.”

Gandhi said it right. however, i think that people don't even want to like our christ because of the way we make him look.
