YouTube to show free full-length films?

YouTube is in talks with some Hollywood film companies to possibly host full-length films as soon as the next 90 days. The films would be shown with advertisements, but it would still be a huge step for their site and for watching free movies on the internet! Good quality movies! Right now I feel like there's pretty much just bootleg and that's if you want to be illegal about it (which I don't).

The downside to this - knowing from personal experience through my dad and brother owning a record store - I've seen what the music over the internet has done to record stores. I wonder what sort of negative influence this would have over DVD sales.

What do you think about it? Excited?? Or it won't change much for you?
For me, I'll still keep my Blockbuster movie pass and will obviously continue to go see movies in the theater. I'm just not super interested in watching my movies on YouTube.
