Henry turned down the roll for Edward... Robert Pattison is playing the roll with Kristen Stewart as Bella. U might want to update your website so the Twilight Lovers like me don't track u down and jump u for getting it wrong. lol. jk.

haha i understand. this post was from September 2007, though. I thought that Henry couldn't do it because he was too old. I just meant that he seemed to be who everyone agreed was the best choice in looks for Edward, not necessarily that he was going to play the role.

I agree completely, Henry SHOULD play Edward, he's PERFECT for the part. i wish he didnt turn it down. I hate that Robert Pattison is playing Edward.

omg i know! my main problem with the movie is the casting of edward. it's very important that his part is casted correctly and i just don't think they've done it right.

i think the only person who could have been close to pulling off edward is henry. he's too perfect. i would have been so happy with the movie if he was in it. but since it's somewhat an indie film, and only people who have read the book have heard of it, then there's unheard of people in it. i'm pretty disappointed in the cast because they're all really ugly.

omg u guys have PROBLEMS. robert pattinson was perfect for edwardhenry is a pile of garbage in comparison. but yes, he WAS the original choice for Edward. However, he didn't turn the job down. Thy decided he looked too old to be 17.
