Angry Old Lady: "Somebody needs to come down here and take care of things! There’s kids stackin’ up rocks on the sidewalk and tearin’ up everything! There’s a tenant livin’ with a jailbird and two boys. There also’s a half-and-half…[which evidently is a mixed black & white person]"
